Basic warranty terms:
1. The warranty covers all electronic parts (motherboard) as well as mechanical parts (remote controller).
2. All replacement parts are provided free of charge on EXW (ex-works) basis from our factory in Poland.
3. Most replacement parts are shipped to customers on the very same day they are requested. 4. All customers are quaranteed unlimited free updates of MegaCut 2D and 3D software not only during the warranty, but for an unlimited period of time. Should you have any questions re.
